Advanced Heat, AC, & Plumbing was built on a simple belief that honest work, skilled service, and long term relationships matter more than quick fixes. That belief has guided our family owned business for more than four decades and continues to shape everything we do today.
The business is owned and operated by Mr. Randall Combs, who officially established the company as a sole proprietorship on September 1, 2002. While the current company structure began at that time, our roots in the HVAC industry go back much further. We are proud to be a third generation family business with over 40 years of combined experience serving homeowners and businesses throughout Knoxville, Maryville, and surrounding East Tennessee communities.
From the beginning, our family has understood that heating, cooling, and air quality systems are not just mechanical equipment. They are essential systems that affect comfort, health, safety, and energy costs every day of the year.
