- Free Estimates: We offer 100% free estimates on new HVAC installations and major plumbing replacements.
- Service Call Fees: For diagnostic visits and troubleshooting, a standard dispatch/service fee applies. However, this service fee is entirely waived if you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs.
- 24/7 Emergency Services: We offer round-the-clock emergency services for HVAC, plumbing, and septic failures. Please note that services requested outside of standard business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may be subject to after-hours rates, which our technicians or dispatchers will clearly communicate to you prior to arrival.
3. Pricing, Billing, and Promotions
- Transparent Pricing: Our NATE-certified technicians will always explain the problem, outline the proposed solution, and provide transparent pricing before any work begins.
- Promotional Offers: Advertised specials are subject to change without notice, cannot be combined with other offers, and may have specific qualifying criteria. Please mention the promotion at the time of booking.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior financing arrangements have been made.
4. Financing
We offer flexible financing options for repairs or replacements totaling over $500, including up to 24 months of no-interest financing.
- Third-Party Providers: All financing is provided through third-party financial institutions. Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing is not a lender.
- Approval: While we offer a pre-qualification process that does not impact your credit score, final approval, interest rates, and loan terms are strictly determined by the third-party lender. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the lender’s specific terms and conditions.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Because "Your family's comfort is our family's business," we stand proudly behind our work:
- Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our labor and workmanship. Specific warranty durations vary by the type of service performed (e.g., drain clearing vs. full system installation) and will be documented on your final invoice.
- Manufacturer Warranty: As certified Trane dealers (and servicers of Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, and Gree), equipment installed by us carries the manufacturer's warranty. Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing is not responsible for manufacturer defects but will act as your service liaison to honor warranty repairs according to the manufacturer's terms.
6. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- Content: All content on advancedheatac.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
